SNAP Estimate cannot check an application, update an EBT card, approve benefits, or contact a state SNAP office for you. For application or case questions, contact your official state SNAP office.

Before You Contact Us

If you need to apply for SNAP, check an existing application, ask about EBT card benefits, report a case change, or speak with a caseworker, you should use your official state SNAP office or state application portal.

SNAP Estimate is an independent estimate tool. We cannot access individual SNAP records, applications, EBT accounts, or state case files.
